SAR Aviation is a Non-Schedule Operator (NSOP) approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India. We provide charter services for aircraft and helicopters within India and internationally (subject to regulatory approvals).

  • Prices quoted are based on aircraft type, flight route, flying hours, and applicable taxes and handling charges.
  • All quotations are indicative and subject to change until formal confirmation.
  • Payment terms will be specified in the Charter Agreement.
  • Any delays in payment may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

6. Regulatory Compliance

  • All flights are operated in accordance with DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (CARs) and other applicable aviation laws of India.
  • SAR Aviation, as an NSOP, does not operate scheduled passenger services.
  • Passengers must comply with all security regulations, immigration rules, and customs requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

SAR Aviation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or any charter service. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, SAR Aviation does not warrant that the Website’s information, content, or availability will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
