Ek Dham Yatra comprises of God’s abode of Kedarnath Ji devoted to Lord Shiva & Badrinath Ji devoted to Lord Vishnu. As going for this Yatra we enter high altitude places and remote areas of the beautiful Uttarakhand, where this sector is open only for 6 months in a year. Our Package Inclusions:
- Passengers are requested to reach State Government helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun which is the starting and ending point of this yatra.
- Our pilots and ground staff will brief the guest about the entire trip and about do’s and don’ts.
- VIP Darshan at Kedarnath and Badrinath.
Visit Kedarnath
Kedarnath is flanked by
breathtaking snow-capped
peaks, making it the
most remote site among
all four Char Dham
sites.
We will arrive to Phata
helipad from
Sahastrdhara Helipad,
here after changing the
chopper we will fly for
KEDARNATH. Temple is
approx. 500 meters away
from helipad and will
take approx. 10 min to
reach.
After darshan, we will
return to Phata Helipad
and change Helicopter to
go back to Sahatradhara
which will be the end of
our journey.
Visit Badrinath
From Sahastradhara
Helipad we will fly to
Badrinath Helipad.Temple
is approx 01 KM away
from helipad and will
take approx 10 min to
reach by our pre
arranged car.
Badrinath has an average
elevation of 3,100
meter. According to
legend Shankara
discovered a black stone
image of Lord
Badrinarayan made of
Saligram stone in the
Alaknanda River. The
special Darshan (VIP
Pooja) Pre-arranged by
our local staff.
After Darshan we will
fly back to
Sahastradhara Helipad
which will be the end of
our beautiful journey.
Terms and Conditions
- Helicopters have strict weight restrictions at high altitudes. Passengers weighing above 75 kgs will be charged Rs 1500 per kg over and above 75 kgs. If 2 or more passengers in a group have an average weight of 75 Kg then extra charges will not be applicable.
- Passengers are advised to mention the correct weight at the time of booking. All these temples are at high altitude locations and helicopters have strict weight restrictions. Heavy weights can adversely affect safety of helicopters as well as passengers.
- If declared weight exceeds more than 2 KG at the time of travel, the company will deny boarding to passengers and will not give ANY REFUND. Hence Everyone is advised to mention exact and correct weights at the time of booking.
- Helicopters' have limited weight-carrying capacity, to manage the weight for safe flying in the hills, we might have to shuffle passengers between helicopters Therefore, as per the Pilot's recommendation passengers traveling together may not be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.
- The quality of accommodation available at Yamunotri is reasonably good but at Harsil Sersi and Badrinath, the accommodation standard is 03 to 04 stars.
- The Helicopter Schedule mentioned in the Itinerary is Fixed. However, Helicopter flying in hills is dependent on many factors like weather, etc. Sometimes we may have to change the timings due to Operational and Technical reasons.
- Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are included in all hotels except Dehradun. At the Dehradun hotel, only Dinner and Breakfast is included in the package. Any extras will have to be paid directly by the guest.
- For a separate single occupancy room, extra charges will be INR 25,000/person (Inclusive of Taxes).
- Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket. The Charges applicable for infant (below 02 Years) will be 15,000 per infant.
- Rescheduling of booking to the next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 15 days before the journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 15 days to the journey then the booking will be treated as canceled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
- Payment Terms: Bookings are to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount, and the balance payment has to be deposited 07 days prior to the date of arrival in Dehradun.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If passengers wish to cancel their booking, then they will have to pay the following cancellation charges
- Upto 28 days before the journey INR 10,000 Per Person
- Between 28 Days to 14 Days Before the Journey 25% of the total Package
- Between 14 Days to 07 Days Before the Journey 50% of the total Package cost
- Less than 07 Days before journey 100% of the total Package cost
- BAD WEATHER SITUATION: If we are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days, we will still try to finish the darshan on the next day. Suppose there is bad weather on the 3rd day and we are unable to fly to Kedarnath then we will try and do both Kedarnath and Badrinath on the 4th day. In case we are completely unable to visit any Dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money. This means that if due for any reason we are unable to do 2 dhams then we will refund 50% payment. In case of bad weather if the stay gets extended beyond 5 nights, then passengers will have to bear the cost of an additional night stay. The cost applicable for an Additional night stay will be INR 10000 Per person per Night.
Guidelines For Passengers
- There is very limited space for luggage in the helicopter. Only 5 kgs luggage per passenger will be permitted.
- Passengers should carry only handbags provided by SAR Aviation as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
- All temples in Chardham are located in high-altitude areas. Passengers having breathing problems should take advice from a doctor before undertaking this yatra.
- Passengers are advised to book evening flights/Trains departing after 03 PM, while returning back from Dehradun. As due to weather/Operational reasons there might be delay in reaching back Badrinath to Dehradun. You may also keep an Extra Night Stay which can be booked separately.
- Although day temperatures at these locations are normal it becomes cold at the night and so passengers must carry woollen clothes with them.
- The altitude of Kedarnath temple is 11500 Feet and Badrinath temple is 10000 Feet. Sometimes passengers may experience lack of oxygen, especially at Kedarnath, hence they are advised to walk slowly.
- Kedarnath helipad to the temple is nearly 500 meters distance. We can arrange pithu (Shoulder Carriage) on request (on a payable basis) for those passengers who are unable to walk this distance.
- All passengers coming by helicopters are permitted to do VIP darshans inside the temple however sometimes during the heavy rush period administration does not allow passengers to go inside the sanctum sanctorum for puja and darshans are done from outside only.
- Please Don't Carry Dangerous goods on Board the Helicopters. In case of any doubt regarding any item, please clarify from us in Advance.
